Biography Dr. Greene joined the faculty of the University of South Carolina Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in August 2009. Prior to her USC appointment, she was an Assistant Professor, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology - Generalist Division, Wake Forest University School of Medicine. Dr. Greene provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic patient care at the Northeast Columbia satellite office of University Specialty Clinics – Obstetrics and Gynecology and serves as an attending physician in the labor and delivery and surgery units at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital. She is the Associate Program Director for OB/GYN residency education. Dr. Greene's special interests include minimally invasive gynecology and office hysteroscopy.
