Patient Information

At University Specialty Clinics we go out of our way to make health care services more convenient for you. From filing insurance claims to providing convenient parking to accommodating busy schedules, we make it easier for you to get the care you need.

While we accept referrals from any physician, in many cases a referral is not necessary to make an appointment. Our friendly, professional office staff will help you in scheduling appointments and in making your visit as comfortable and efficient as possible. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. To schedule an appointment, please consult the list below for the particular department to call.
